职位描述：
Transfer basic lean knowledge to front line supervisors and operators and assist for lean culture building in the organization.
Process flow/new line design analysis and continuous improvement

Deliver training like Value Steam Mapping, Flow Production, SMED, Kanban system, TPM, 5S, etc. and practice as a model for the employee
Drive the Value Steam Analysis and Value Stream Design in plant to make the action, to be involved for new line design and follow up, Lean culture set up from the beginning of the new line design
Support and coordinate the implementation for different kind of activities, like SMED, Flow, Kanban, TPM, 5S and so on.
Continuously check on the plant level existing system like TPM, SMED, 5S, etc.
Develop new concept for the workshop management like PCS, DCS…

Customer Focus
？ Keeps up-to-date with internal and external knowledge of current and possible future practices, trends, technology and information affecting the appliance industry and customer behaviour and experiences to ensure manufacturing solutions meet the current and future business needs
？ Works closely with Project managers and Design leads and production team to ensure all the machinery/lines are lean enough and a balance of their CI’s.
？ Process flow analysis and continuous improvement actions(Kaizen project) follow up


Financial
？ Maintains a high-level understanding of the businesses finances and facilitates budgeting for future capital investment.
？ To deliver lean manufacturing solutions aligned with the budget in the Motor Business 5yr plan

– Health & Safety
– Have an understanding of health and safety management responsibilities relative to their position
– Comply with all legal requirements and Fisher & Paykel Health & Safety System standards
– Accurately record and investigate incidents
– Ensure all hazards are reported, recorded, risk-assessed and reasonably practicable controls are implemented
– Ensure inspections are planned and carried out to review hazard controls
– Ensure all staff, contractors and visitors are managed to those standards by providing effective supervision and training

- With leadership experience and capability
- Has an in-depth cross functional understanding of the business
- Lean/Continuous improvement/WCM experience
- Must have a proven passion for understanding and delivering to customer expectations
