职位描述：
?Organize plant to identify safety hazards and assess risks. Initiate and track improvement plan for significant hazards.
?Identify and record updated legal and corporate requirements, ensure compliance.
?Create and deliver training programs to employees, ensure them to understand all EHS requirements (machine guarding, Ergo, LOTO, BBS, Etc.).
?Communicate with all levels in the organization on EHS to improve engagement. Drive EHS initiatives to achieve the organization’s goals and strategy.
?Hold emergency response on regular basis, including fire evacuation, special equipment, hazardous material, etc.
?Lead EHS inspections, verify corrective actions and track to closure.
?Review safety programs on regular basis, and support the implementation.
?Participate in Management of Change, promote EHS requirements and ensure implementation.
?Report all required safety data to site, Business Unit management utilizing TE reporting tools.
?Assess and report site safety performance quarterly using the Safety Assessment for Effectiveness (S.A.F.E.) tool.
职位要求：
? Bachelor’s degree (Major in IH & Safety or related field).
? At least 3 years EHS experience (MNC work experience is preferred).
? Possess basic safety statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to process improvement projects.
? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
? Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
