职位描述：
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

?Establish tactical relationships with top management officials of all key suppliers.
?Assist negotiations in all areas of functional responsibility such as sourcing capable supplier and cost reduction items, etc.
?Advise/support the management on all tactical purchasing related topics. Such efforts must be in the form of concise plans that include options and proposed “best case” proposals. Execution of plans should meet internal customer expectations/requirements.
?Ensure all critical documentations (quotation, contracts, purchasing orders, etc.) are complete and accurate.
?Other projects and duties related as assigned.

Requirement：
Education University degree with business or technical emphasis preferred.
Experience 2 years purchasing experience with ERP System operation
Others Strong written & oral communication skills (emphasis on negotiations skills)
                      Working knowledge of quality and its fundamental business applications
                      Strong working knowledge on basic PC software programs (I.E. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
