Activities

1.Applies Purchasing Code of Ethics and General Terms of purchase rules.

2.Performs professional purchasing for Package according to requests from end-users, control package purchasing cost and ensure proper PR input.

a)According to the Purchase request ordered by divisions of supply chain (MRP- Material request planning), place the purchase order to each designated and contracted supplier for Package

b)Coordinate the delivery time with MRP planning department in order to ensure the delivery of goods on site of plant, and follow up the in-time payment to supplier.

c)Fulfill the cost allocation in SAP, Check & calculate the cost on delivery ( COD) to the plant for Package

d)Handle the diverse complaints relating to the service and quality as well as the claim to supplier for compensation.

e)Is responsible for maintenance of supplier master data in SAP and documentation/achieving of PO/contracts in consistent manner

f)Coordinate the relationship with suppliers;

g)Coordinate closely with each internal user department to ensure a smooth deployment of purchase activity

3.Monthly and quarterly report on purchasing data and contract status.
Performs vendor evaluation according to vendor performance- OTD etc, and monthly reporting incl. KPI tracking, vendor performance tracking.

Qualifications / Experience Required

1.Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanics is preferred.

2.Min. 2-3 years working experience in purchasing and/or sourcing in China, thereof, Min. 1 year within multinational organizations.

3.Experience in cooperation with cross functional teams preferred

4.SAP purchasing user knowledge is a preferred.

5.Purchasing/Sourcing experience in Indirect Sourcing preferred

6.Excellent knowledge of the purchasing tools and good knowledge in purchasing process preferred

7.Excellent command of written and oral English and Microsoft Office preferred

8.Experience in Project management preferred
