职位描述：
岗位职责描述1、 Responsible to receive, analysis and investigate the customer complaint, and develop the corrective and preventive actions
负责接收、分析、调查客户抱怨，并举一反三拟定纠正和预防措施；
2、 Responsible to collect the list of the customer complaint and the relative customer complaint data.
负责整理客户抱怨清单，并整理月度客诉数据；
3、 Taking in charge of implementation status of the 8D actions.
负责每月度验证8D措施执行状态；
4、 Responsible to coordinate the examine goods process, and collect the issues during the examine goods process, and to track the implementation status.
负责客户验货协调，并统计每次客户验货问题点以及跟踪整改状态；
5、 Responsible to manage and maintain the gauge;
负责计量器具管理与维护；
6、 Responsible to make the purchasing application for the fixed asset and the other material.
负责部门内部固定资产以及其他物资采购申请；
7、 Responsible to finish the other task which assigned by the quality manager.
负责部门经理要求完成的其他工作；
其他技能要求1.Familiar with TS16949 standard.
熟悉TS16949标准。
2.Familiar with APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC, MSA etc.
熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA /SPC /MSA。
3. Familiar with the special requirements of the U.S.A makers, such as GM (BIQS)/Ford (Q1).
熟悉通用（BIQS）/福特（Q1）等美系主机厂客户特殊要求。
4.Familiar with the tolls of analytical tools, such as 5Ys, brainstorming and 8D report
熟练运用5Ys、头脑风暴以及8D等质量问题分析工具处理质量问题。
