职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Organization/Participation of design reviews at suppliers and make sure internal and international standard requirements are incorporated;
- Validation of specifications from engineering in terms of quality requirement;
- In collaboration with the Sourcing Team, you select potential suppliers by means of Quality and Capability audits;
- You audit suppliers, you analyze their performance and you help them in writing their quality plan, production process, and inspection plan until validation;
- Ensure the first item product follow-up on supplier site as well as the traceability of the quality documentation before serial production;
- Writing of control protocols;
- If needed, you train and coach suppliers to meet Recaro and process requirements;
- You record and analyze non-conformities (detected during the production or major non-conformities) causes and origins;
- You collect the information for the resolution, and you validate associated action plans. You also treat derogation requests
- You collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing departments, project management, commodity buyers and suppliers.
- - Explore methods/materials for total cost management, quality system conformance, and on-time delivery performance.
- Risk Management (e.g. adjust commodity strategy based on results/analysis)
- Identify potential costs savings and perform cost reduction actions (cost down projects, etc.)
- Ability for travel-both domestic and international
- Knowledge of commodities, materials and manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge in blueprint reading, statistics, PPAP documentation, product costing, and specifications.
- Responsible to ensure Recaro Directives and EN 9100 compliance
QUALITY:
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or above; majoring in Mechanical engineering is a plus
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: referably have at least 3 years experience in the field of suppliers follow-up and/or development and quality control;
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in SAP(plus) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project) 举报 分享
