岗位职责：
1、能独立完成建设项目过程中投资估算、设计概算、施工图预算、竣工结算；核实工程量；
2、独立负责概预算编制，投标书制作等；
3、对设计选用的新技术、新材料、新设备，当现行定额缺项或不完整时，应进行必要的市场调查，掌握第一手资料，做到确切反映工程造价；
4、参加设计项目的方案讨论，作好设计方案的经济分析工作；
5、 收集、整理各项定额指标、价格、费率，开展经济分析工作，提高业务水平。
任职要求：
1、建筑工程、造价等相关专业本科以上学历，持有建设工程概(预)算人员或造价师资格证书和岗位证书；
2、熟悉国家和地方有关工程定额、收费标准、价格政策和工程招标管理方法，3年以上概预算工作经历；
3、熟悉房地产行业各个环节成本控制、运作管理；
4、为人正直、工作勤奋、有较强的工作责任心，具备有良好的团队合作精神；
