Responsibility
1. Responsible to non-standard hour reduction projects implementation, including plan, supplier sourcing, drawing review, installation, debugging and acceptance.
2. Responsible for injection machine and related equipment selection, purchasing, installation, debug and acceptance during new product development and capacity ramp up.
3. Responsible for new injection process evaluation and development, and make layout, flow rack, PFMEA, parameter list, CDF and so on.
4. Responsible to optimize injection parameter and related process flow, to improve the efficiency and quality.
5. Improve injection and related process quality control, solve process and related quality issue to guarantee production line running.
Required
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical or automation industry or mould design.
2. Have 3+ years in injection related experience.
3. Be good at CAD, CAXA, PRO-E.
4. Familiar with TS16949, special for APQP.
5. English language: reading and writing.
