职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibilities (主要工作职责)
1. Answer telephone
Answer before the third ring
Set up priority for answering the phone
Answer telephone and direct calls appropriately to correct department and individuals
 Listen to information and requests from callersl, and ask questions for more information on how to direct the call.
2. Maintain contact with individuals entering the building
 Have initial contact with visitors
 Manage the flow of visitors by assisting them in making contact with the associates
 Monitor that visitors sign in and wear badge if possible
3. Greeting
 Great each visitor,staff member as they enter the door
 Seek to help visitors by answering questions and directing them desired need
4. Mail,documentation, phonelist , meeting room, copy machine area maintenance
 Update the phone list with current extension
 Maintain mail distribution, including: sorting mail ; ensure mail is picked up by courier before 3:00pm each business day.
Keep meeting room,copy and fax machine area neat and order
 Provide support as necessary to others upon request.
5. Miscellaneous duties
 Insure office ’s security
 Make reservations on hotel and tickets as required
 Order some beverage like tea, drinking water etc
