岗位职责：
1、对鞋子及鞋子的维修知识有一定的了解；

2、负责产品的清点验收、返修仓库的返修物品管理，以及仓库5s管理；
3、完成客户返修品的检测工作， 并及时跟进返修的处理；
4、与供货商及时沟通协调，及与公司内部的沟通协调工作；
5、及时完成返修数据统计，生成分析报表。

岗位资格：
1、细致耐心，认真负责；

2、吃苦耐劳，服务意识强；

3、良好的沟通表达能力；

4、有一定运用计算机的能力。
