1. At least 5 years experience in China shoes market as Marketing or Brand Manager
2. Have rich customer resources
3. An extended network in China shoes industry.
4. Strong marketing and sales background, Familiar with shoes knowledge.
5. Good command in English speaking and writing

JD：
1. Market and internal brand portfolio evaluation
2. Route to market strategies building
3. Recruitment and management of the retail team
4. Responsible on all 4P of the product mix
5. Branding and marketing strategy building and implementation
6. Development of multi-channels POS
