工作职责：

To recommend and lead the development of complex technologies, products, and processes to meet quality, performance, cost, and schedule goals under supervision.

1. Provides leadership for customer and internal product development programs.

1) Assures that the technical approach satisfies marketplace/customer requirements and meets internal quality standards

2) Develops and implements plans and manages resources to ensure that product development, schedule, technical and cost objectives are met.

3) Mentors and teaches less experienced engineers

2. Applies technical expertise, commensurate with a recognized expert in the applicable field, in the development and improvement of major complex products and processes that involve combining several products or technologies.

3. Invents new technology or advances the state-of-the-art in complex products or processes with substantial technical risks.

4. Maintains an awareness of probable future product requirements and product trends with regards to advancing technology.

5. Provides technical consultation through the company within areas of expertise. Understands regulatory requirements which affect design and manufacture of product.

6. Has an excellent understanding of quality goals and quality tools.

7. Can effectively communicate technical issues, leads preparation of technical proposals and recommendations to the organization.

8. Has frequent interaction with marketing and/or other engineering groups to collaborate in defining and matching technology with new markets or market needs.

职位要求：

Experience

Eight (8) years of applicable experience. Graduate degree in Engineering or Science preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school.

2. Industrial pressure measurement knowledge

3. Excellent English and verbal communication skills
