职位描述：
Job title: Quality Controller

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Product Inspections and Follow-up
1.1 Conduct bulk inspection in different china areas.
1.2 Inspect materials trimmings parts components and products for color measurements labels and overall quality;
1.3 Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases;
1.4 Prepare consolidate update and file audit reports;
1.5 Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems;
1.6 Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements.

2 Sample inspection:
2.1 Inspect samples(PBI,SHS) including materials trimmings parts components etc.

3 Production Control：
3.1 Communicate customers/quality requirements to factories;
3.2 Provide advice/make judgment of whether the machinery could fulfill the production needs and manufacture quality products;
3.3 Check if materials used for bulk production are of acceptable quality;
3.4 Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process;
3.5 Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impaction delivery and/or product quality
 
 
Minimum qualifications and requirements are:
1. 3-5 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control area with apparel buying office/agent or trader;
2. Recognize the importance of meeting quality standards to meet business objectives and brand requirements
3. A team player who can give full effort to meeting brand’s quality standard;
4. Listen to others and is receptive to their ideas and perspectives;
5. Open to ask questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve-problem issues;
6. Refer problems that cannot be addressed to the appropriate resources in a timely manner;
7. Recognize importance of business relationships and how they influence outcomes;
8. Good time management skills to allow sufficient time to complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines;
9. Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility.
10. Good reading and writing in English is a plus
