职位描述：
Main Tasks:
1. Systematic gathering, recording and analyzing of data about products, competition and the market to help create a business plan, launch a new product, fine tune existing ones and expand into new markets.
2. Marketing research for competitors and competitive products creating and administering surveys, questionnaires and other information gathering devices, developing continuously analysis of competitive environment.
3. Create and maintain a competitive database including product information, product differentiators, and marketing literature
4. Leverage competitive research and market analysis for assigned products to make product roadmap recommendations.
5. Providing input to support product line and promotional strategy.
6. Identify and monitor competitors and research conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
7. Implementing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to provide short- and long-term market forecasts advice to the head of marketing.
8. Collecting numerical marketing data (sales volume, market potential, total market etc.) and using mathematical and statistical modelling to interpret and report conclusions.
9. Translating complex numerical survey results into a package that is easy to understand.
? Bachelor degree in in business, marketing, economics or similar.
? 3 to 5 years work experience in marketing and relevant industry.
? Good English skills (written and oral)
? Commercial awareness, excellent analytical skills, numerical skills
