职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、Develop and follow up with KPI’s. Support the pricing process. Checking and tracking the special price/discount approval.

2、Supporting TAM projects and tracking the status.

3、Analyzing data including sales volume, marketing data, crop forecast, subsidy changing etc.

4、Tracking of strategy execution/deployment incl. coordination of problem solving process and developing & follow up to countermeasures.

5、Driving budgeting, forecasting, actual reporting and analysis for the sales.

任职要求：

1、Bachelor degree in business administration, controlling, accounting or other similar education. Preferably also with Master or MBA degree.

2、3 to 5 years work experience in sales, marketing, controlling or accounting.

3、Good English skills (written and oral)

4、Good communication abilities, strong team working character, independent working style, stress resistance and able to set priorities, intercultural competencies. 举报 分享
