职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Develop and implement the process systems in operation, including WI
? Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP
? Specify machine requirements
? Select machines
? Maintain Rate Routings in SAP
? Design fixtures and tools
? Maintain the effectiveness of all equipment within VS
? Continuous process improvement activities
? Responsible for production output
? Provide product and process related training to VS members
? Promote safety awareness within the VS
? Maintain 5S standards within VS

EXPERIENCE:

? Minimum 3 years of operational experience in CNC machine tool environment
? Hands-on working experience of project planning and installation
? Experience in related manufacturing or assembly processes


PROFILE:

? Competent in English (acceptable verbal and written)
? Min Bachelor or higher in ME/Mfg Eng
? Experience with jig, fixture, tool design
? CNC programming on FANUC or similar control systems
? Pneumatic control system design for fixture
? Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
? Experience with Pro-E
