职位描述：
Position Responsibilities
- Following all the routings from clients/ overseas partners;
- Contacting the suppliers to provide the necessary information to overseas for shipping instruction
- Organizing operation and documentation to well proceeding the shipments
- Preparing the DEBIT NOTE and PRE-ALERT to overseas
- Assisting operation to close the file for accounting dept
- Making the shipping report to overseas office according to the specific client’s request
- Helping manager to improve service quality

工作内容
- 有能力独立与海外直客/代理货进行日常联系
- 联络工厂并提供必要的信息给海外客户确认货运信息
- 能与操作和单证部门密切合作安排货物出运
- 准备账单预报等必要文件给海外
- 协助操作部门完成整票货物的系统输入与结账
- 根据不同的客户要求完成货物报表以及客户系统输入
- 日常协助部门经理提升公司服务质量

Requirements
- College Degree or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience in foreign freight forwarding company
- Knowledge of nomination cargo handling procedure
- Knowledge of sea, air import and export business is helpful
- Team work spirit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, very organized
- Good in written and spoken English with goods computer skills, familiar with MS Office

- 大专以上学历
- 1 - 2年的国外货运代理公司相关经验
- 熟悉货物装卸流程
- 对海运、空运的进出口贸易有一定的了解
- 有团队合作精神和上进心,注重细节,能够在压力下工作,办事有条理
- 良好的书面英语和口语，计算机技能熟练，,熟悉Office办公软件 举报 分享
