职位描述：
? Establish testing procedures for production manufacturing processes
      为产品生产过程建立检验程序
? Specify mechanical and electronic testing equipment and gauges
      确定机械和电子检验设备和计量标准
? Assist in the implementation of ISO, CCC certification, UL and other certification
      协助落实ISO,CCC, UL和其他质量保证体系要求
? Assist in the implementation of TQM policies and procedures
      协助落实全面质量管理政策和程序
? Participate in manufacturing acceptance procedures to include capability studies and qualification
      参与制造接受程序制定，包括产能研究和认证
? Assist in the development of operator instructions, quality check lists and training aids
      向操作指导，质量检验和培训提供帮助
? Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and engineering regarding the collection and analysis of quality data
     通过数据采集和分析，为生产和制造工程师提供技术支持
? Assist in the generation and maintenance of complete quality systems
      对完善质量体系提供帮助
? Handle customer quality complain and take the lead of problem solving.
      处理客户质量投诉，并解决问题

任职要求：
 ? BSME, BSEE degree or equivalent
   机械或电气专业本科
? Experience Minimum 3 years work experience in high volume manufacturing environment in a quality assurance function 2 - 3 years SPC experience
    三年以上大规模生产企业质量管理经验，两至三年SPC使用经验
? Ability to communicate in English well both in verbal and written form Good analytical skills
    可以使用英语进行口头和书面交流
? Computer software to include, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
   使用软件包括Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
? Various quality tools and measuring devices
   良好的分析能力，可以使用各种质量工具和设备
? Expected to work extended hours if required
