Working under the direction of the Global Information Technology Support Manager, this employee will be responsible for providing all aspects of DGA Help Desk Support at the Pingdu, China facility including the installation of software and hardware for internal operations under the directions of the DGA Global Information Technology Support Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
?Identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution and/or reporting of end-user computer/network problems (Network, Desktops, Notebooks, Printers, smart phones and other computer related equipment).
?Provide the first point of contact for on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT related problems and inquires; escalating more complex problems to the appropriate level with in the IT organization while tracking the progress for the end-user.
?Ensure a stable IT environment for the computer end-users (including remote users).
?Implement and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
?Complete technical and special projects as assigned.


Skills & Requirements:
?Minimum of two years of Help Desk experience.
?Experience with Windows Registry, NIC Cards, Windows Professional OS,
?Understanding of DNS, WINS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTLM and Active Directory; basic knowledge of Google Mail, Google Apps
?Microsoft Office (2010/13/16) a must.
?Actively working on a degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline is a must.
?Mobile Device Support (iPhone, iPad, Android)
?Beneficial to have a CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified preferred
?Full understanding of computer equipment design and function and the ability to perform necessary equipment repairs and hardware upgrades.
?Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco Router, Switches, Firewalls and VPN equipment.
?Network connectivity and experience installing popular desktop application software.
?Desire to keep current with industry trends and be adaptable to new ideas.
?Ability to research solution to resolve technical issues to ensure minimal system down time.
?A team player with good customer service skills.
?Good verbal and written communication skills.
?Ability to read and interpret documents, manuals, operating and maintenance instructions in English and local language.
?Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to lift and move equipment.
