Position Title: Buyer
Location: Pingdu
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Subordinates:

Job Tasks:
Enter the approved PR and create PO
Follow up each PO with delivery and receive them into SAP
Submit payment application to finance department
Related documentation preparation and record keeping
Source and develop new potential qualified supplier and current supplier resource to achieve competitive purchasing position and reliable service level to meet the request of our business grow.

Responsibilities:
Enter the approved PR and create PO from SAP
Send the PO number back to the applicant
Follow up with supplier to track the delivery of our order and update the status to applicant or related department
Receive the PO into SAP when get the receiving report from applicant
Fill in the payment application and submit it to finance.
Source new supplier and gather requested documents to make it qualified
Manage current supplier to make them obey our rules and deliver orders on time
Handle periodical re-evaluation on qualified supplier
Ongoing Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, major in International Trade or related is preferred.
Fluent English in speak and written.
At least 5 years of related experiences.
Willing to learn continuously to meet the requirements of business long-time development
Self-starters, able to work independently, and have passion for shipping arrangement.
Being responsible and conscientious, strong teamwork spirit, having strong hands-on ability and being attention to details. 举报 分享
