Job title: Travel Consultant Leisure Markets (English/German //Spanish-speaking)
Function: Sales and Operations
Reports to: Assistant Manager Leisure Markets Sub Function: China JV
Level / Grade: [n/a] Location: Beijing, China
Job purpose: Sales and operations with Clients overseas (B2B Tour operators and Travel agencies)
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 7]:
? Prepare itineraries and quotations in English
? To develop and maintain smooth working relationship with overseas customers and business partners in China
? Assist the Department Manager in achieving his/her objectives.
? Work closely with colleagues from other departments and offices
? Operate and execute itineraries as per contract and agreed customer service levels
? Input and Update of bookings in the designated format
? Other tasks might be requested to support other team. Skills, know-how and experience [max 6]:
Must have:
? Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
? Familiar with Microsoft applications especially Word and Excel;
? Good interpersonal and communication skills;
? Good sense of confidentiality;
? Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
? Detail-oriented and quick learner
Preferred:
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the tourism industry
Technical / professional qualifications:
? Business Degree (min. Bachelor level, preferable MA or MBA)
