职位描述：
Job title: Senior Financial/Commercial Analyst (Possible Manager level for right candidate)
Function: Finance
Reports to: CFO Sub Function: China JV
Level / Grade: [n/a] Location: Shanghai, China
Job purpose: Being the first member focusing on financial and business analysis in Thomas Cook China, you will work closely with finance team members as well as business departments to provide insights and influence key business decisions using the power of figures!
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
? Monthly/quarterly financial analysis on historical financial performance and prepare reports and projections based on such analysis.
? Design and track record of sales analysis for different business lines.
? Identifying trends in financial and business (bookings, revenue) performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
? Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process by coordinating with business departments.
? Perform data analysis and feasibility modelling for strategic project and other business decisions.

Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:
Must have:
? English-speaking fluent.
? Good presentation & communication skills and ability to co-ordinate across the functions.
? Strong analytical, modelling & research skills and attentive to details.
? Proficient in Excel/PPT.
? Ability to influence and persuade.
? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
? Bachelor of Science preferred.
? Over 3 years in big accounting firms.
? Travel or FMCG Industry FP&A experience.
Technical / professional qualifications:
? University degree (Bachelor).
