职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
Support sales activity with Big Dutchman from quotation request to order entry and delivery, serve as the main interface / contact point for sales administration with other BD departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect information needed for successful contract negotitation and / or completeness of tender documents;
- Prepare all relevant documents in response to customer inquiries and requirements. In addition, create and maintain a proper filling on all client projects correspondence;
- Upon receiving of confirmation order, official purchase order that instructed by superior, department head, salesman and agents, maintain a proper and accurate product ordering, checking ( pricing and quantity ) and recording data entry through Enterprise Syster II;
- Coordinate and faciliate daily operations ( products ordering, feedback and information ) with other department of BD Agriculture such as Logistic, Warehouse, After Sales, Technical and Accounts department;
- Coordinate with technicians, salesmen and agents when needed for short ship, faulty product claims, warranty claims, etc;
- Follow up and keep track of entered orders and their payment delivery status, prepare financial and delivery schedule accordingly;
- When required submit financial applications to BD Germany in a timely manner;
- Submit reports and other documents to the relevant departments regularly;
- Any other tasks that assigned by manager or company.

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade Business, Supply Chain or other equivalent major

Experience:
- 2 years above foreign trade or supply chain function practical experiences;
- MNCs working background will be an advantage

Professional Skills / Knowledge:
- Language Level: CET-6 or above, excellent oral English is necessary
