职位描述：
1、协助建立测试标准、程序和方法。
Assist to set up test standard and procedure and method.
2、维护测量设备和量具的质量状态。
Maintain test equipment and gage’s quality status.
3、按照过程质量控制计划、检查表、控制图表的要求对过程进行监控并记录。
Monitoring process and record according to specified requirements of quality plan and checklist
and related control chart.
4、对要入库的半成品、完成品进行抽查并记录。
Do sampling and record for the semi-finished and finished goods.
5、及时反馈工厂内质量信息和数据，协助解决并处理内、外部发生的质量异常事件。
Feedback internal information and data timely ，assist to solve and dispose abnormal case.
6、监控过程，协助采取有效的纠正预防措施。
Monitoring process, assist to take effective action.
7、协助收集Cpk、MSA分析用数据。
Assist to collect data about Cpk and MSA analysis.
8、协助获得TS16949体系认证和监督审核，推动体系持续改进。
Assist to get TS16949 certificate and pass the surveillance，push system improve continuously.
9、协助执行各项质量法律法规、标准、 程序及相关的规定。
Assist to implement quality policy and standard，procedure and related regulations。
10、协助开发车间工序作业指导书、质量检查表及相关培训活动的执行。
Assist to devolve work instruction and process checklist，and assist to work out related training goal.
11、支持生产、工程部门收集和分析相关的数据。
Support production and engineering department to collect and analysis related data.
12、其它必要的活动。
Other necessary activity.
13、 领导安排的其他事项
Follow supervisor’s instruction.
Requst：
任职资格：
1、教育/培训经历：中专或以上，机械或高分子专业。
Education/Training Experience: College or above, major is mechanical or macromolecule.
2、工作经验： 1年以上质量控制工作经验，有汽车整车或零部件生产行业经验者优先考虑。优秀应届毕业生亦可。
Working Experience: Work at quality assurance or quality control field for one years at least,
working in auto plant or related parts plant is preferred.Outstanding graduates are welcome.
3、专业知识: 质量检验,质量控制。
Specialty Knowledge: Quality inspection, quality control.
4、能力： Ability:
(1) 熟练使用测量工具、量具和检具。
Be skilled in using test equipment and gage.
(2) 熟悉SPC控制图表的运用以及不合格品的控制流程。
