Establish, Coordinate, Review and follow up the implementation of the Environmental and Safety requirements of the organization, according to the operative conditions and resources, Government regulations and corporate requirements. 工作范围 scope of the role The E H&S technician will be expected to manage, lead and record all activities related to the safety of the factory and be responsible to track and close all safety hazard in the shop floor and office. Key Stakeholder Relationships: ? Peers – Team Leaders and Office people ? Direct Reports – None ? Customers – Factory people, Corporate and Government 工作职责 Job Responsibility ? Maintain all required environmental records and documentation. ? Supply, operate, or maintain personal protective equipment. ? Verify that safety equipment is available to employees, and monitor their use of such equipment to ensure proper fit and use. ? Coordinate trainings and/or train the personnel about the environmental and safety awareness requirements. ? Evaluate and audit the Machinery procedures, instructions and conditions to eliminate any safety hazard for the operators. ? Evaluate situations where a worker has refused to work on the grounds that danger or potential harm exists, and determine how such situations should be handled. ? Test workplaces for environmental hazards, such as exposure to radiation, chemical or biological hazards, or excessive noise. ? Prepare or review specifications or orders for the purchase of safety equipment, ensuring that proper features are present and that items conform to health and safety standards. ? Report the results of environmental contaminant analyses, and recommend corrective measures to be applied. ? Examine credentials, licenses, or permits to ensure compliance with licensing requirements. ? Conduct fire drills, and inspect fire suppression systems and portable fire systems to ensure that they are in working order. ? Educate the public about health issues or enforce health legislation to prevent disease, to promote health, or to help people understand health protection procedures and regulations. ? Provide consultation to organizations or agencies on the application of safety principles, practices, and techniques in the workplace. ? Review records or reports concerning laboratory results, staffing, floor plans, fire inspections, or sanitation to gather information for the development or enforcement of safety activities. ? Prepare documents to be used in legal proceedings, testifying in such proceedings when necessary. ? Plan emergency response drills. ? Maintain logbooks of daily activities, including areas visited or activities performed. ? Collect data regarding potential hazards from new equipment or products linked to green practices. ? Conduct an investigation whenever an incident, accident or near miss occur. ? Coordinate the control of the Hazardous rooms. 任职要求 experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role within a Multinational commercial environment Minimum 5 years’ experience Proven leadership skills University English written and spoken desired E H&S deep knowledge. 举报 分享
