维护客户关系,全面代表公司为客户提供产品相关服务,确保客户的需求和期望得到满足,并对部门人员的工作进行指导和考核
Maintaining customers’ relationship, fully representing the company to provide customers with related product service to ensure meet customer’s needs and expectations, and guiding and assessing working processes of people in the department.
1. 日常订单管理
Order Management
1.1. 关注各个客户预测与订单执行,客户预测与实际产能的协调安排;
Paying attention to customer prediction and order execution, and coordination arrangement for customer prediction and actual production;
1.2. 与各部门沟通协调客户订单执行过程中的问题,确保及时交货
Coordinating plan, production and logistics to ensure the completion of orders while abnormal issue during ordering process
1.3. 组织协调相关部门与客户的例行周会、季度电话会议
Solving abnormal situations in the process of order execution and generating feedback and communication timely
1.4. 监控发货情况,及对异常情况的反馈处理
Be responsible for delivery tracking, and deal with feedback on abnormal situation.
2. 客户关系管理以及数据统计
Customer Relationship Management and Data Analysis
2.1. 负责客户信息、合同、订单等档案的管理
Be responsible for file establishing of customer master, contract, PO and other documents
2.2. 主导每年的客户满意度调查,并分析客户不满意的事项以及协调责任部门进行客户满意度改善
Sponsor of customer satisfaction investigation and analysis the factor which impact un-satisfy, coordinate cross functional team to improve
2.3. 对客户的投诉积极的处理,对异常情况及时为客户提供解决方案
Dealing with customers’ complaints actively; providing solutions for customers timely when there are abnormal situations
2.4. 周度、月度、年度销售数据的统计分析报告,客户订单、样品费用、客户需求的变化等的定性以及定量分析
Weekly/Monthly/Annually report of sales data, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis based upon customer order/sample delivery/customer demand change etc.
3. 项目跟进以及体系管理
Project Coordination & System Manage 3.1. 跟进新项目进展,协调相关部门工作,尤其是非塑料的项目
Track and follow up of new project to support cross functional team, specially for Non-Plastics projects
3.2. 负责供应链体系的组织协调(OCS/FSC),与体系管理员、客户、审核员沟通协调审核中出现的问题
In charge of Supply Chain System(OCS/FSC)management, coordinate with system engineer/customer/auditor to handle the issues during auditing
3.3. 质量管理体系中客服相关文件、程序的管理、更新
Ensure the procedure and process of quality system executed correctly and update the process if necessary
4. 团队管理
Team Management
4.1. 对下属各个岗位进行分工,确定岗位的职责和任职要求,并协同人事行政部形成岗位说明书
Arranging the positions to each subordinated post, defining the responsibilities and requirements of these positions, and coordinating personnel and administrative department to form a job description;
4.2. 组织下属学习和执行工作流程、制度和工作守则,并监督下属的工作质量和工作效率
Organizing the subordinates to learn and implement work flow, system and work rules, and supervising their work quality and efficiency;
4.3. 负责部门工作计划的制定、工作总结和分析
Be responsible for formulation of department work plan, work summary and analysis;
4.4. 负责本部门员工工作业绩的考核
Be in charge of the performance evolution of staff in this department;
4.5. 提出下属人员的招聘、任用、提拔和解职申请
Applying for recruitment, appointment, promotion and dismiss of subordinates.
5. 其他
Others
5.1. 完成公司及领导指派的各项工作任务。
Completing various work task allocated by the company and superior.
