职位描述：
MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS

? Evaluate and establish new process according to the production in Qingdao EECON.
? Manage the changes and run process certifications till approval by technical global team.
? Outsource suppliers to provide the tools and machines to follow our technical inquiries.
? Perform and promote training for process engineering team and promote people skill development.
? Perform annual people performance evaluation according to the job description and specific annual goals.
? Interface with EECON Brazil process and product engineers.
? Develop monthly reports (KPIs etc).
? Organization, control and records of the preventive and corrective maintenance.
? Manage the whole production area related to the machines, equipments and software.
? To carry out laws and regulations related safety production and labor protection as well as safety regulations stipulated by company, guaranteeing implement of all safety regulations in the workshop.
? To remove accident hidden danger to guarantee effectiveness of safety protection device of equipment and facility.
? To make improvement plan for safety problem put forward by EHS section, and organizing implement in the time limit.
? After happening accident, going to accident locale immediately to save wounded and protecting accident scene and reporting to EHS.
? Follow environment and health programs such as hazardous waste treatment, occupational health check to eliminate pollution or occupational disease.

MAIN REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree above in electronic related major
More than 5 years working experience in Process engineering in electronic company
Good English skills both in Oral and written
Familiar with SMT and assembly process
Familar with new product launch process
Familiar with IPC 610 standards
Problems slover and results oriented
Good communication skill and knowledge in leading projects. 举报 分享
