Job Title: HR Consultant Job Description ("The Role): Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of the clinic departments of the Hospital in employment, compensation, employee relations and performance review. Responsibilities: ? Bachelor level degree preferred ? 3 years minimum working experience in HR functions' ? English & Chinese language ability ? Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, Internet ? Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and the public. ? Can work independently and take job initiative ? Fast learning skill ? Good communication and interpersonal skills ? Team spirit ? Good at organizing daily work Requirements: ? In line with company development strategies and budget, make recruiting plan and implement. ? Take full responsibilities of recruitment activities with effectiveness and efficiency including position advertisement, CV preparation, interview and assessment; offer negotiation, health check etc. ? Build up and maintain effective recruitment channels including but without limitation to newspaper, website, campus, labor market, etc. ? Candidates' sourcing and talent pool creating to fill hiring needs, constantly improve quality. ? Make offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates. ? Work closely with functional departments to define or update job description for new and current positions ? Arrange new employees' orientation before onboard date. ? Support the implementation of the overall Learning & Development strategy, co-deliver learning solutions to contributors and beginner audience to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes. ? Supports a learning environment with advance preparation, constructive feedback, and response to learner needs. ? Participate in optimizing and smoothing performance appraisal system under the direction of UFH concept ? Responsible for implementing the performance management program, organizing line departments to set performance objectives, doing performance appraisals, ? Collect and summarize data for doing statistics analysis upon with performance results, then give feedback or professional supports to managers. ? Participate in developing and recommending C&B programs, policy and procedures, monitor their effectiveness, so as to provide competitive reward to employees as well as manage employment cost (SWB) effectively. ? Know better about the national and local labor-related laws and regulations, as well as policies of UFH, responsible for adapting, implementing them and giving consultation to customers, so as to make sure the operational practices comply with legal frames. ? Under HRM's directions, participate and lead HR oriented project work when need, including process perfecting, employment controlling, training development and etc. give professional supports to line departments, so as to achieve project objectives. ? Collects and summarizes HRM related information to provide timely and accurate comprehensive management reports, so as to help to both the line manager and the company to make sound decisions. ? Assisting HRM to draw up or adjust HR Annual Plan and help to practice.
