职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Plan and execute projects targeted towards support and development of new customers, existing customers as well as new products with new and existing customers;
2. New process and method development during new project development and engineering change, in order to reach customer’s value through innovation. Work together with quotation team in production costing, including packaging solution;
3. Provide technical and other engineering assistance in a constructive and timely fashion to the Operations group whenever needed;
4. Drive improvements in processes to enhance productivity, cost effective production and quality;
5. Drive Process innovation;
6. Drive in failure analysis and problem solving as needed;
7. Updating PFMEA, PPAP, CP, WI, Records, getting excellent performance in customers’ audit. Keeping CPK, PPK moving upwards;
8. Prepare regular Reports according to requirement;
9. Assigned work from superior
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree majored in Engineering, prefer mechanical/electronical engineering;
2. Knowledge of machining process;
3. Good computer skills, including Auto-CAD;
4. Six Sigma & LEAN manufacturing knowledge: DOE, FLOW CHART, FMEA, POKA YOKE, etc.;
5. Familiar with ISO/TS quality system regarding process control;
6. Hands on style and result driven;
7. Good in written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;
