职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
岗位职责：
1) Creation and continuous refinement of cross-functionally aligned category strategies. Contributes to the goals of the Supply Chain Group in Purchasing and Category Management to ensure a continuous supply of equipment and non-production categories within quality, cost, delivery and other company requirements.
2) Forging strategic, future focused and win-win relationships with our global supplier base.
3) Working proactively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that the future needs of the business are known and cross functionally aligned solutions in place prior to the business need being implemented.
4) Non-production Material Purchasing
5) Manage vendor relationships and build effective partnerships
6) Perform vendor selection, evaluation and review
7) Negotiate prices and supply agreements/contracts
8) Work with finance to ensure accurate and on time payment
9) Place PO and organize deliveries from vendors

Job Requirements:

1) 5 years procurement experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
2) Demonstrated non production category management skills
3) Proven history of working collaboratively with other functional teams / Business units that lead to the best solutions being identified and implemented.
4) Proven negotiation and facilitation skills
5) Analytical/data driven approach
6) Excellent written and verbal communication
