职位描述：
此岗位需要2017年在上海工作一段时间，2018年开始回常州工作！

此岗位主要职责是：
确保客户/现场在规定的时间内获得正确的备件；增加现场安装效率和客户满意度和忠诚度；协助备件业务销售。

岗位职责：
Responsible for CB spare parts order handling. Purchase parts from external suppliers. Comply with the environmental policy and system announced by the customers or any others
负责客户备件订单处理。从外部供应商采购备件。遵守客户要求的环境政策和体系。
? Make basic technical analysis to identify desired parts or pass to service engineers or PL for help
做基本的技术分析确认客户需求备件，或者寻求服务工程师或者工厂端帮助确认此信息
? Check price from system, internal or external suppliers. Follow up purchase orders until parts delivered to Shanghai
检查内部或者外部供应商的价格体系。 跟踪采购订单直到备件运至上海。
? Keep customers/site engineer posted if the desired lead time is delayed
如果备件送货延期，及时通知客户和现场工程师。
? Check credit limit then issue PO and SO to material department
检查信用额度，然后向物料部门发放PO和SO
? Get parts received confirmations from customers/site engineer.
从客户/现场工程师获取零件收货确认。
? Deal with warranty parts including communicating with service engineer, customers, ordering parts and delivery
处理保修备件，包括与服务工程师和客户沟通关于订单和交付。

任职要求：
1.大专学历以上；
College education above;
2. 良好的英文基础；
Good English in reading and speaking;
3. 至少1-2年工作经验；
At least 1-2 year working experience in plant;
4. 良好的供应链和生产计划相关知识；
Good knowledge of supply chain and production planning；
5. 良好的沟通协调能力；
Good communication skill;
6. 良好的沟通协调能力；
