Job Descriptions:
1. Lead interior concept design. Complete spatial planning, FFE Images, mood boards. Preparing design presentations and compiling sample and materials boards.
2. Research, source, and prepare hard finish and soft finish materials, samples, schedules and specifications.
3. Review and approve consultants/vendors submissions inclusive drawings, material samples and furniture line drawings.
4. On-going coordination of library resources, updating materials and meet with suppliers. Completion of material reference specification. Coordinate with vendors to produce samples/ strike offs.
5. Leading design presentations internally and externally, attend and chair project coordination meetings/consultants meetings. Attend site review/inspection as required. Support pre-opening set-ups as required.
6. Provide technical assistant service to on-going hotel/resort projects under the principle of interior design.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above in Interior Design and minimum 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must have experience of designing international brand hotel/resort.
2. Good knowledge of design principles and the ability to interpret design concepts and layouts, a keen sense of creativity and initiative.
3. Expert knowledge of hospitality standards, commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within industry.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese
5. Proficiency of CAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
