1.必须是从事外贸行业。
2.至少三年以上外贸工作和管理经验，能带领并建设一个销售团队，对外贸各方面专业知识掌握到位，且能合理分配下属完成工作目标，具备较强的团队管理能力、组织协调能力。
3.工作思路清晰，具备较强的谈判、沟通、协调、执行和公关能力，熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力。为人正直敬业，有高度责任心和良好的职业操守。
4.有建筑玻璃行业工作经验者和国外开拓市场经验者优先考虑。
工作描述：
1. 负责公司业务人员的招聘工作以及日后的培训；
2. 具有较强的号召力，能定期组织公司员工进行户外活动，增强员工之间的凝聚力；
3. 根据公司安排，负责国内外展会的相关事宜；
4. 完善和优化公司出口业务流程与各项规章制度，并实施与执行到位；
