职位描述：
Establish testing procedures for all motor manufacturing processes.
为电机生产过程建立检验程序。
Specify mechanical and electronic testing equipment and gauges.
确定机械和电子检验设备和量具。
Assist in the implementation of ISO, CCC certification.
协助落实ISO和CCC质量保证体系要求。
Assist in the implementation of TQM policies and procedures.
协助落实全面质量管理政策和程序。
Participate in manufacturing acceptance procedures to include process capability studies and qualification.
参与制造接受程序制定，包括工程能力研究和认证。
Participate in qualifying pilot run of new product/component.
参与评价新品/新部件的小批。
Assist in the development of operator instructions, quality check lists and training aids.
向操作指导，质量检验和培训提供帮助。
Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and engineering regarding the collection and analysis of quality data.
为生产和工程部门提供质量数据支持。
Visit customer, handle customer quality complain and take the lead of problem solving.
拜访客户，处理客户质量投诉，并解决问题。
Take the lead of continuous process improvement.
领导持续改善过程。
任职资格
Education BSME, BSEE degree or equivalent
                       机械或电气专业本科
Experience Minimum 3 years work experience in high volume manufacturing environment in a quality assurance function
                         2 - 3 years statistic methodologies experience
                        三年以上大规模生产企业质量管理经验，两至三年统计技术使用经验
Others Ability to communicate in English both in verbal and written form
                        Good analytical skills
                        Good computer skills, be familiar with excel, word and other office software
                        Various quality tools and measuring devices
                       Ability to work with minimum direction and good team work spirit
                      可以使用英语进行口头和书面交流
           良好的分析能力
