1、订购绿化所用材料，指导落实绿化班组、材料等进场

2、根据工作要求，制定并监督实施工作计划、完成区域绿化规划和养护，达到园区环境美化要求

3、负责对区域绿化工作合理布局、调配资源，控制材料发放、保管和使用

4、负责对各岗位绿化工作监督、检查、指导，保证各阶段工作高效开展

5、全面负责组织执行绿化施工计划，监督和控制施工进度、质量、安全，指导资料报审，安排施工工序，确保绿化施工的正常进行，

6、维护、协调与供应商、分包商等外部关系，协调施工现场的各种关系。 举报 分享
