JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Manage all media for Pudong Airport, including new and ongoing projects in order to find new and accountable ways to market the media to clients.
2. Assist the sales team with media and marketing knowledge to help them sell the media to clients, in the way of presentations, press releases and shared industry knowledge.
3. Think innovatively- continue to come up with new and innovative ways to sell new and existing media to clients. In this way, assist the technical design team to create the right media designs that clients will be interested in immediately.
4. External communication- provide our employees and external clients with the latest news and media opportunities in Shanghai Airports, on a weekly and monthly basis in the way of newsletters and press releases. Provide elements to JCDecaux Asia regarding our latest media news and sales offers.
5. Corporate communication- Release weekly articles to Globe intranet and Airport Magazine relating to new media, campaign updates and special offers. Provide sales with industry figures and movements so they can stay in touch with the current media world and agency plans.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience in customer service or the corporate environment a bonus but not requirement
2. Previous experience in the media world, whether the agency, media or creative side to understand the industry know-how and terms involved- preferred but not a requirement
3. Ability to work to deadlines and produce work in an efficient manner
4. Ability to support the sales team and other colleagues in the requests that are directed to marketing
5. Ability to respond to external clients or industry contacts in a timely and friendly manner in order to manage expectations and create a professional decorum to associate with JCDecaux.
