职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Process management
1) Import and develop new half product, set up standard routing process based on production conditions.
2).Standardize and systematize specific production processes
3). Define and optimize the content, frequency, and method of process control system, assure the stability of product quality.
4). Keep optimizing process to improve efficiency and quality

2. Process projects
1). organize, implement and accomplishment of process related projects
2). based on situation, define and execute process projects, to improve cost, quality and efficiency

3. Product Management
1) Understand and transfer application/technology knowledge about products his/her responsibility.
2) Perform critical analysis of inquiries for new and existing products and define the proper manufacturing routing.
3) Provide technical support to the sales on the recommendations of specifications according to customer needs
4) Undertake technical assistance to customers through visits, contact by phone or email, in order to fulfill customer needs.
5) Follow up new products production trials and production orders giving technical support to production.
6) Follow up the trials and development of new products at the customer site.

4. Equipment
1) Improve equipment and optimize routing process to improve quality

5. Quality
1).quick targeting root cause and offer corrective action when there is problem related to process
2). provide prevention and countermeasure towards systematic problem
3). cooperate with afterwards process when necessary

6.Training
1).compose training material, provide training about processes to production




Request:
1) Bachelor Degree and above
2) Relevant working experience in wire process engineering is preferred
3) Fit in shop floor and hands-on working environment
4) Good English ability, both in oral and writing
