"Leads facilitation of site/functional implementation of Standard Process Control focused on 5Ms (Manpower, Machine, Method, Material, Measurement) with Operating System Certification as centerpiece for a large facility.

任职资格 Qualifications
"教育背景Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related. MBA is a plus.
工程、制造或相关专业的本科学历。MBA优先考虑
工作经验Experience:8+ years of manufacturing background in industry with focus on mechanical components; machining and assembly process with plant operations.
具备8年以上工业制造背景，重点关注机械部件，制造和装配流程
专业知识及技能Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Lean Manufacturing experience, Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years; Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred3年.
精益生产经验，3年以上的LSS绿带，LSS黑带优先考虑 。
Sound knowledge of quality systems like QS9000, VDA, TS16949
具备全面的质量体系知识，如QS9000, VDA, TS16949
Strategic thinking, result-oriented and excellent execution capabilities
具备战略思维，注重结果，具备卓越的执行力
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, make sound decisions and work effectively
展示管理多个复杂项目的能力以及改变优先级的能力，做出正确的决策
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
