ACTIVITIES

AREA OF ACTIVITY AIR / SAE DAILY WORK
? Reply enquiries from client, overseas colleague, carrier etc in the same or next working day
? Provide service required
? Communicate with client and customs broker so that the cargo be passed through declaration smoothly
? Be able to find solution to deal with urgent and difficult case, and minimize losses.
? Issue charge list to client before or once cargo is released by customs
? Issue debit note/invoice to client in time and release cargo ASAP.
? Track the cargo after it leaves for destination and update to agency/customers.
? Send pre-alert to client within the given time.
? Input data in ISYGO accurately and timely, ensure all files are kept up-to-date, cost and sales are balanced
? Minimize cost /sale pendings and report to supervisor timely if any shipment has abnormal margin.
? Assist sales on their import files and feedback complaint or suggestion from client if any
? Arrange import file in a neat way so that every file could be checked easily.
AREA OF ACTIVITY
? Arrange booking from local for import shipments as per SOP/instruction.
? Get in touch with consignee and arrange Import shipment as per SOP/instruction.
? Update shipping schedule and shipment details to overseas.
? Offer available options, routings and rates to sales or oversea agency

? Keep good relationship with client and suppliers; advise company policy to client
? Review suppliers’ performance on a yearly basis

? Be backup for team members
? Report any abnormal situation to direct Supervisor
? Control AR
