职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Ensure customer order fulfilment on time and with high quality;
2. Coordinate all customer order and forecast related issues with HQ and customers;
3. Internally coordinate with different functions to fulfil customer order on time;
4. Carefully check and ensure customer order information is accurate;
5. Coordinate with forwarders to book vessel/truck for shipment on time;
6. Responsible for customer complaint handling
7. Make balanced and efficient shipping plan
8. Prepare customs clearance documents and responsible for problem solving

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Major in logistic, export, business management is preferred but not a must.
3. More than 2years experience in sales or export field
4. Good spoken and written English
5. Careful and active
