职位描述：
--Make out process layout, establish and optimize the process route.
‘--规划工艺布局，建立并优化工艺路径，
--Improve the process level continually according to the customer’s requirement
and the competitive market’s needs.
’-- 根据客户要求，及竞争市场需求，不断提升工艺水平
--Be in charge of OEE project
‘-- 负责OEE项目
--Be in charge of PCN/PCR implement
‘-- 负责PCN/PCR的实施
--To use lean tools, carry out on-site improvement
‘-- 使用精益工具，实施现场改善
--To do employee training, including new employees’ orientation ,process training etc
’--员工培训， 包括新员工入职培训，工艺培训等
--Supplier audit and technology checking
‘--供应商审核及技术交底
--Mold management including design, repair, measurement etc.
’—模具管理包括设计、维修、检测等。

Experience:
 --Three years’ or above process or lean working background
-- 三年以上工艺或精益从业背景
--Specialize in mechanics is preferred
’-- 熟悉“机械”专业者，优先
--Be able to use English in writing, reading, at lease can write English skillfully and communicate in English letter.
’-- 英语具有读写能力，至少书写熟练，往来信函可用英文沟通
--Understand and apply lean tools skillfully, carry out on-site improvement
-- 理解并能熟练运用精益工具，实施现场改善

Qualifications:
 --quick feedback and attach importance to site management, management working around.

--Pay attention to details, be good at analyzing.
