Job Responsibility:
1. Manage and train a small team of accountants and cashier in Dongguan and Shanghai.
2. Responsible for full set of books of Chinese entity including Bank, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Customers, Vendors, payroll, operating expenses and Tax.
3. Ensure that internal controls, accounting standards and relevant regulations are properly implemented.
4. Responsible for monthly management reporting to CFO based in Hong Kong and statutory reporting.
5. Responsible for year end audit and ad-hoc inquiry from local authorities.
6. Maintain cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
Position Request :
1. Accounting graduate with intermediate accounting certificate.
2. 5 years’ solid work experience in managing full set of books including Tax filing.
3. Good team leader coupled with good attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of Kingdee and SAP ERP experience is an advantage.
5. English CET-4 or above, capable of using English as daily working language.
6. Good professional ethics, rigorous, careful, responsible, strong communication skills.
