职位描述：
Job description:
1. 协助总经理编制年度生产计划,并执行公司生产计划；
2. 起草、编制、优化标准化操作流程，并组织培训实施；
3. 生产部门员工招聘、培训及日常管理；
4. 负责生产过程控制，掌握生产进度，完成订单交付目标；
5. 负责生产现场管理，确保安全生产；
6. 落实精益生产项目，协助控制生产制造成本；
7. 配合质量部门，确保产品品质稳定性；
8. 配合设备维护部门，做好设备使用管理；
9. 其他与生产相关的工作。

1. Assist general manager work out and implement yearly production plan;
2. Draw up and optimize standard operation procedure, conduct SOP training and implementation;
3. Recruiting,training and daily management of production employees;
4. Controll production process and manufacturing schedule, fulfill order deliver goals;
5. Manage production site, ensure safety in production;
6. Implement lean production project, assist in production cost controll;
7. Cooperate with quality department, ensure the high stability of product quality;
8. Cooperate with maintainance department, manage and maintain mechinical equipment;
9. Other tasks related with production.

任职资格要求：
Qualifications:
1. 理工类，本科及以上学历；
2. 5年以上工作经验，外企生产管理工作经验者优先；
3. 具有开拓精神，执行力强；
4. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作力；
5. 熟悉精益生产知识，并掌握生产管理类应用工具；
6. 有良好的英语读、写、听、说能力。

1. Bachelor degree and above, majored in sicience and engeering;
2. 5 years and above foreign company production management experience is preferred;
3. Pioneering spirit, strong sense of execution;
4. Excellent communication skills and team work abilities.
5. Lean and other production management knowledge and tools.
