Key Accountabilities
1.Establish the targets of the Value stream line,make yearly&monthly plan,regular review and take action.
2.Lead the daily work of the value stream line,dealing with the technical,logistics and other relevant problems during the production.
3.Monitor VS production planning to meet customer demand.
4.To ensure quality system implement in production line.
5.Monthly capacity planning&update,update investment planning&resource planning.
6.Conduct and support production launch and quick ramp up.
7.Optimization of production resources to reduce cost, including equipment,people,space and materials.
8.Supports health,safety and morale of all employees, ensures adherence to recommended safety procedures and good 6S practices.
9.Conduct lean implementation of VS line, such as CIP, 6S, TPM, Heijunka and so on.
Qualifications
1.Educational Background: Engineering or commercial graduate (Bachelors or equivalent), prefer with MBA degree.
2.At least 10 years working experience in production, lean or operation, especially in value stream management, such as VS line or segment management.
3.Ability to supervise, set priorities, and provide direction to team leaders and team members.
4.Demonstrated ability in implementing Lean principles - Value Stream Mapping.
5.Effective organizational skills with successful prioritization and planning of tasks.
6.Familiarity with Structured problem solving skills such as 5-why, PDCA and 8-D methodology.
7.Knowledge of Lean methodology like Pull system, SMED, TPM, Heijunka, VSM.
8.Project management skill.
9.Enthusiastic & Open minded and innovative.
10.Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
11.Good English speaking.
