管理培训生工作职责:
通过拓展职业领域的不同技能和个人能力,管理和实施现有客户和新客户团队及项目,贯彻优创追求卓越和技术创新的企业文化,确保客户满意度和持续的业务增长。
Principal Responsibilities
Develop functional and personal competencies, lead direct reports to implement and manage existing/new client teams or projects, ensure client satisfaction and continuous business development through performance excellence and innovation.
1.任务处理: 严格按照优创整体质量体系的要求,能够完成复杂的任务以及熟练操作多种客户系统,在工作中实现业务流程标准化,追求卓越,满足或超越客户团队对于质量,及时性的要求,理解并严格遵循信息安全标准。
Task Processing.
Perform complex tasks and operate a variety of client systems under the ReSource Pro Total Quality System, seek standardization and processing excellence, and meet or exceed a client teams’ standard for quality, timeliness and information security.
2.有效培训: 计划和执行新员工培训以及团队人员的工作交叉培训,引导经验较少的员工学习业务流程和保险的相关知识,确保所有团队人员的学习质量,严格遵循公司制定的培训标准,满足客户的需求。
Training Effectiveness
Plan and execute new hire training and cross training plans with team trainers, coach less-experienced staff in learning procedures and insurance knowledge to ensure all team members are properly and sufficiently trained so that client requirements and/or company standards can be met.
3.任务管理:计划,执行并监测团队的任务分配,以满足客户的及时性和质量标准,同时平衡团队成员的工作量和任务类型;主动发现问题或潜在的改进机会,提供解决方案和有效地解决问题;按程序管理流程来管理团队的新的程序开发和现有程序维护;设置和调整团队的审计计划,以确保任务精度始终符合客户的期望;入职管理新任务,以确保顺利过渡和客户端的好经验。
Task Management
Plan, implement and monitor the assigned team’s task assignment to meet client’s timeliness and quality standards while balancing team member’s workload and task types; proactively identify issues or potential improvement opportunities, provide solutions and solve problems efficiently; follow procedure management process to manage team’s new procedure development and current procedure maintenance; set up and adjust team audit plan to ensure task accuracy consistently meet client’s expectation; Manage new task on-boarding to ensure a successful transition and good experience to client.
4.客户关系建立和维护: 拓展和维护与客户之间高信赖度的合作伙伴关系,通过规划和执行各种活动,促进优创客户团队的成长及业务的增长。包括:定期与客户通过电子邮件或者电话沟通,以保证对其中国团队状态的及时了解,解决客户关于其中国团队日常工作及发展规划的问题,学习新的工作流程和系统,推进优创团队为客户提供更多的服务,有效准备及进行客户在美国的办公室拜访。
Client Relationship Building
Develop and maintain a trusted partner relationship with the clients by planning and executing a variety of activities including: regular interaction with a client via email or phone to provide status updates, troubleshoot issues, learn new workflows and systems, promote additional services, and visit the client’s office(s) in the US to drive the RSP client team’s growth.
5.新客户上线: 负责及管理新客户的上线测试期,通过设计和执行不断优化的工作流程,以满足每一位客户的需求和期望;协助客户进行新的业务操作系统/业务流程/工作任务的实施,实现其由客户美国的团队到中国团队的传递;制定并记录适用于新客户的工作标准,工作流程指导,与客户就其准确性,合理性进行及时并有效的沟通。
New Client On-boarding
Manage the Proof of Concept (POC) period effectively to successfully on board new clients by designing and implementing the workflow and processes per a client’s needs and expectations; manage the new system/workflow/task implementations; manage all procedure creation and updating to ensure the client requirements are clearly documented and properly approved starting from the POC period
6.团队建设和管理:管理团队成员的日常绩效,确保员工敬业度,同时确保员工发展和客户满意度之间的良性平衡。 计划和组织团队活动,提高员工在团队中及在优创的归属感和敬业度。
Team Management
Manage the day-to-day performance of team members and ensure a healthy balance of employee engagement, employee development and client satisfaction. Plan and execute activities to enhance employee engagement at the team and department level.
任职资格:

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Strong English skills (both verbal and written): CET 6 (with oral cert), equivalent or above
