HEXPOL is one of the world’s leading groups in the development and production of high-quality rubber-compounds, TPE compounds as well as thermoplastic compounds. The group’s operations include 30 production facilities worldwide. Since the company is currently experiencing a growth-spurt, it is now looking for a qualified and ambitious candidate to further expand its customer-base in China.

The Operations Director TPE will be responsible for leading and coordinating HEXPOL’s TPE business in China. He / She will directly report to the Regional Director and lead the Business Segment TPE compound of the Foshan Business Entity. In a first stage, He / She will focus strongly on Business Development flowed by the operational duties.

Your Responsibilities
？Leading the business segment TPE in China with P+L responsibility
？Managing several departments
？Create strong and profitable growth in China,
？Develop new market segments with customized and profitable strategies.
？Business and strategy development
？Budgeting planning & responsibility
？Reporting to the Regional Director.
？Develop a clear key account structure,
？Global communication & coordination with groups worldwide facilities.
 
Requirements:
？Chinese Nationality
？At least 5 years management experience of a company or business unit
？Engineering degree in plastics or polymer technology
？Experience in the TPE industry
？Strong sales personality
？Strong business development capabilities
？Strategic working approach
？Hands-on working style
？Good communicator and team player
？Accept to travel frequently within China
？Languages: Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), English (fluent), any other Asian language are of benefit.

        自2008年12月起，原公司名称－海克斯康聚合材料（青岛）有限公司Hexagon Polymers Compounding Qingdao变更为海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司HEXPOL Compounding Qingdao.
        海克斯波聚合材料（HEXPOL）是总部位于瑞典的HEXPOL AB集团成员之一，是橡胶混炼领域的跨国公司。Hexpol目前在全球有40多家工厂，分别主要位于比利时、德国、瑞典、捷克、美国、加拿大、中国和墨西哥等国家，其中海克斯波（青岛）于2006年1月份注册成立，并于2007年3月15日正式投产。海克斯波聚合体的三大生产领域—混炼胶、塑胶轮子、热交换垫片均在青岛胶南设立独立运营的工厂，分别是：海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司、四达轮业（青岛）有限公司、吉斯拉维密封技术（青岛）有限公司。

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE). In China, we have HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) Company Limited, Stellana Wheels (Qingdao) Company Limited and Gislaved Gummi(Qingdao) Company Limited.
HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) company is an HEXPOL wholly owned subsidiary registered in January of 2006, in Linggang Industry Zone of Qingdao. So far we have 2 mixing lines for fully running and achived the capacity of over 20,000 tons per year.The goal of the company is to become the best provider of rubber compounds and related services in Asia.
With its high performance and very consistent quality, HEXPOL's compound is widely used in the most demanding and challenging applications in different industries.
