Job Description:
- supervision and monitoring of shipments to the end customers
- supervision of the goods customs clearance;
- shipment monitoring and registration(invoices, volumes and times of deliver to the end customer) manually (excel sheet) and automatically(ERP software);
- shipping documents issuing;
- correspondence with suppliers and clients;
- dealing with the terminals in China(monthly reporting on the terminal activities, tank balance level monitoring);
- dealing with the forwarders regarding service quality;
- dealing with the companies departments and with accounting team.
Reporting to: President & CEO, Managing Director
Direct cooperation with sales support division of the management company in Nizhny Novgorod.
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with 1hr lunch time. The employees might be required to work in excess of working hours, on days off and holidays.
Education: Degree in Logistics/Economics
Skills, knowledge & experience:
- experience in international sales support;
- experience in ERP software;
- expertise in legislation related to the company's production and business activities(including export-import operations)
- experience in concluding and executing of business contracts, collective contracts, agreements, international business contracts
- a minimum 2+ years' experience on a similar position
- advanced excel skills
Languages:bilingual, excellent knowledge of Chinese(Mandarin) and English
Personal Characteristics:
- well-organized,
- able to perform negotiations(good speech, well-mannered)
- analytical thinking,
- multi-tasking
