职位描述：
1.Company brief introduction:

Two business area:
-Cooling system for the power electrical components, Atherm is well renowned in all sectors where efficient evacuation of heat in difficult conditions is required: vibration, accelerations, extreme temperatures, weight constraints, accessibility minimal maintenance. Main product range is heat pipe cooling system, cold platelets main industry involved as: railway, medical, military, aerospace industry.etc.
-Other business area: develops immersion heater at molten metal heating , and for the last 24 years the company has been working specifically on the temperature upholding of nonferrous bath and has launched on the market the 28mm, 32mm,55mm,80mm, 170mm diameter immersion heaters. Our customers, mainly foundries and producers of primary aluminum;

2.Job Basic information:
Position offed: SALES engineer
Department: Sales Department
Location of Job: economic and technical develop zone, Qingdao, China
Report to: Sales Manager and General Manager;

Purpose of the position when you work s sales: in charge of Business development according to the dedicated sector or market.

Principle responsibilities
Search and develop new sales account by:
-Search and Identify new sales prospects in Mainland of China with designated market segments.
-Planning and implanting sales visit to new prospect for cooling system and present QDA to prospects. Submit the feedback to company by visit report.
-Act as interface between QDA and prospect, manage the project from the beginning to end by collect all the necessary technical information/ submit to QDA technical department / get the thermal solution from technical department /exchange to prospect/issue quotation/contract negotiation/contract signing/contract execution.

Maintain the business with developed client by:
-Regular visit clients and collect the project information.
-Maintain the relationship with current clients and notify the competitor action and try to develop more business with current accounts.

Other responsibilities:
-Attending the industry exhibition.
-Other task arranged by sales manager or General Manager.

3. Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience from Technical Sales with proven success and project management experience.
2. We prefer a candidate has background at blow industry: Wind power/ or medical /industry experience.
3. Able to learn and understand the basic thermal knowledge.
4. Good skills in English, spoken and writing.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. Strong personal skills, being able to communicate and interact cross organizational at all levels is a must;
