职位描述：
? Communicate and coordinate with respective departments for Indirect Material purchasing.
? Follow up standardized purchasing strategies with the company to achieve the company target for cost, quality and service.
? Ensure all the indirect material suppliers/contractors compliant of our HSEQ policy.
? Maintain a proper filing system for suppliers, orders and related documents.
? Place orders for import indirect materials with the price agreement made by Indirect Material team for China and Global Indirect Category managers.
? Enter all orders in Matrix, post all agreements in Purchasing Archive for Indirect Materials
? Prepare shipment documents for import indirect materials and coordinate with Customs declaration department.
? Evaluate IM suppliers yearly, including audits
? Follow up non-conformance and correct supplier’s action.
? Communicate with and understand the user departments’ needs and requirements.
? Be responsible for indirect material daily purchasing according to internal departments’ demand, place orders on time with the proper quantity and quality, as well as correct price and payment term according to the purchasing contract by following the indirect material purchasing process.
? Arrange invoice payment by submitting supplier invoices and follow up with the finance department regularly to ensure Jotun pay on time and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
? Cooperate with Purchasing Manager Indirect Materials to achieve improvement of process and document standardization and work close with purchasing team in Shanghai.
? Assist purchasing manager and indirect material manager on project progress payment to ensure payment on time to the supplier.

Requirement:
1.Above College degree, major in Mechanical or related
2.Above 3 years working experience
3.Good command of English, MS-office
4.Rich experience in Mechanial domain purchasing
5.Excellent business negotiation skill and communication skill
