职位描述：
? Responsible for managing the implementation of structure cabling and network infrastructure for the phase II area.

? Responsible for detailed design of server farm network infrastructure

? Design content/production network to meet tenants’ dynamic operational and security requirements;

? Draft quotes and scope of work for custom network services provided to customer

? Plan bandwidth capacity according to demand;

? Maintain network documentations, standards and diagrams;

? Regularly review network KPIs, and propose and lead necessary network tuning/adjustment and upgrade;

? Ensure network design and implementation meet/exceed MPAA guidelines;

? Perform tier-2 troubleshooting when required;

? Responsible for network vulnerability management including review of vulnerability scanning findings and remediation tracking;

? Develop and participate in incident response, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity practices for the campus networks, critical applications and communication systems

? Perform network review/design/implementation projects assigned by Network and Security Architect

Requirements
? 10 years IT working experience with minimum five years in designing and maintaining network and security architecture;
10年IT 相关工作经验，至少5年IT网络设计、运维及安全架构工作经验
? Knowledge of VoIP preferred;
掌握VoIP相关专业知识者优先考虑
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
优秀的分析及问题解决能力
? Strong hands-on and troubleshooting skills;

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

? Excellent knowledge in network technologies and products such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, security solutions, encryption, authentication, load balancing, Internet, WAN transport/acceleration/optimization, VoIP, video conferencing, virtualization technologies (network and server), and cloud-based solutions.
